Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage or missing items.

You must notify us within 4 days of delivery for quality or manufacturing defects.

Proof of damage or defect (clear photos/videos) must be provided.
Requests submitted after these timeframes will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Items worn, altered, washed, or used

Items without original tags or packaging
All merchandise is not sold on a sale-or-return basis.
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:

We will arrange a replacement or repair at our discretion.

If replacement or repair is not possible within 30 days, a refund will be issued for the affected item only.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment and may be subject to material or production fees.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
