  • “You” refers to the customer or purchaser.

  • “Goods” means products sold on our website.

  • “Intellectual Property” includes all trademarks, designs, images, videos, text, and content owned by Atelier Hekayat.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include VAT where required by Saudi regulations.

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless approved by Atelier Hekayat.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via international carriers such as DHL, Aramex, or UPS.

  • Wholesale orders are shipped within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation (Saudi business days).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Atelier Hekayat is not responsible for courier delays.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees in their country.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged or missing items.

All claims must be submitted in writing within 4 days of receipt with supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Merchandise is not sold on a sale-or-return basis.

Refunds or replacements are only provided for defective or incorrect items, subject to inspection and approval.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, text, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Atelier Hekayat and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

The Atelier Hekayat name and logo are protected trademarks.

Product Warranty

We warrant that all goods are new and free from manufacturing defects at delivery.

If defective products are reported within 15 days, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or courier disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Atelier Hekayat shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
